About the Project
The Green Pastures Tabernacle City centre started on February 4, 2007. We began with a congregation of about 40 people at Bidco Towers, 5th floor, which was available only for Sunday services. As the church grew, we outgrew the space and eventually secured the basement of the same building, which was available to us 24/7. After 2 years, the building was sold and we had to find refuge at the Moi Avenue Primary School.
With time, the church has continued to experience tremendous numerical growth. This has created a need for a bigger hall, more space, and more capacity for us to function effectively. As a result, we started praying and trusting God for a place of our own. 2 Samuel 7:10 became the clarion call to secure our own place.
We have had different fundraising events towards the Project. This has enabled us to purchase a place in Utawala - Mihango area, approximately 200 meters from Boston High School along Buru Farmers Road.
The construction work for GPT Hebron City kicked off towards the end of 2020. We imported and anchored a tent and are currently finalizing on the ablution block and other parts of the church. We relocated to our new place on April 18th, 2021. Due to the Kenya government restrictions in respect to the effects of CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19), we have not been having in-person services. We have been recording our exclusively on-line services from our new premise. We give God all the glory and honor for the progress.

GPT Hebron City - Building Project
We are located in Utawala, Mihang'o area, 200mtrs from Boston High School, Along Buru Famers Road.
By God's grace, the church membership has been growing in the last one year. The need to have more church premises is being realized and especially the Children Ministry. We are now in the phase of building the Children's Ministry Block and more church facilities and God raises us to new levels and new dimensions.
