The Protocol Team is a ministry that started out as two ministry groups; Ushering and Hospitality. Ushering concerns receiving worshippers during our Sunday service while hospitality is critical in hosting guests hence serves as the first contact between first-time visitors and the church.

Our vision is to offer world-class hospitality to both church members and guests. This breeds our mission which is to provide an environment in church that allows orderliness in service and excellent hospitality for our guests.

We meet every first Sunday of the month to discuss our progress, refine our hospitality standards and strategize on their implementation.
